Today Corruption has become a nation culture, the basis of our deprived society. It is a disease plaguing many countries in the world. According to an International Institute, Lebanon ranked 127 over the 178 most corrupt countries in the world with a corruption meter of 2.5 (0 being the highest indicator of corruption). In Lebanon, this phenomenon is depleting the government’s scarce financial resources, obstructing economic growth, discouraging new talent and widening the gap between the rich and the poor.
